BinderAll stores only the information needed to provide your account and collection. Your binder is private by default.

Information we store

When you create an account, we store your email address, account security information, and the collection data you choose to add. Passwords are hashed and are not stored in readable form.

Privacy-friendly site analytics

BinderAll records limited first-party usage data such as the page visited, time, broad device type, and referring website. A random visitor identifier is stored in a secure, HTTP-only cookie and saved only as a one-way hash. Raw IP addresses and full browser user-agent strings are not stored. Known bots, monitoring requests, prefetch traffic, errors, static files, and rapid duplicate page loads are filtered before analytics are recorded.

How information is used

Your information is used to authenticate your account, maintain your binder, operate catalog and scanning features, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. BinderAll does not sell personal information.

Catalog and service providers

Card catalog information may be retrieved from third-party catalog services such as Scryfall and the Pokémon TCG API. Normal infrastructure providers may process limited technical data required to deliver the website.

Retention and deletion

Account and collection information is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion and removal of associated personal collection data by emailing privacy@binderall.com.
